Requesting an Up Grade.

From the home page of
CDSoccer.org go to the Administrative handbook, pages 16-23. Study the requirements for the desired grade
and make sure they are met.

A written request Snail
mail/Email must be sent to District Referee Administrator, Ali Saheli
indicating your desire to upgrade.

Once your application is
received and reviewed the DRA will contact you to setup the field assessment,
written and fitness tests. It is in the
interest of referee and the administrators to send in your desire to upgrade
prior to end of June of the current calendar year. Missouri Referee Program’s annual testing session is normally
held in Columbia for all the referees (sometime
in July or August at the Rock Bridge High School track). If you cannot make the annual testing
session, you have to make special arrangement with the DRA to take care of your
requirements.
