Requesting an Entry Level Referee Clinic
§ Any Organization/individual can apply for a Entry level clinic to be conducted, provided that the conditions below are met. Further more the fees and setup requirements are the same for conducting the following type of clinics:
o Entry Level Outdoor
o Entry Level Indoor
o Entry Level Futsal
o Entry Assignor

Minimum of 15 students (or
equivalent payment)

A written request Snail
mail/Email must be sent to District Referee Administrator, Ali Saheli
indicating desired weekend/s.

Must be able to provide a
suitable setting for the class to be conducted.

The instructor shall be compensated or provided lodging and other reasonable expenses (example: travel or mileage) as related to the clinic. This should include printing expenses incurred that relate directly to that clinic.

The organizer will be in
charge of collecting all the fees and completing the payment prior to the start
of the course.
-- A member of the hosting organization must be present throughout the clinic to deal with enrollments, facilities, and ensuring minor child attendees are picked up in a timely manner.

Training cost: {NEW for 2009} Outdoor, 16 hours class sessions, $25 per person. Indoor, 8 hour class session, $12.50 per person. Futsal, 8 hour class session, $12.50 per person.

The cost of one year
registration with USSF is $45.00 per person for referee, $10.00 for assignor.
Once the application is received, reviewed and a possible target weekend is allocated, the DRA will contact you to setup the details of the clinic. If by any chance there are less than 15 students attending the organizer has an option to make the payment for 15 students and have the course be held or cancel the course. The decision to cancel or conduct the course must be finalized seven days prior of the course date.
